RSA & Breath testing
The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) program supports the sale of alcohol and responsible conduct of events associated with the Taste Festival.
All staff are aware of RSA principles and will not serve anyone who is under the age of 18 years, or any person who appears to be intoxicated.
You’ll see the RSA logo with a standard drinks measure on all Taste Festival wine glasses. Use this measure to monitor your drinking responsibly.
The Taste Festival is committed to safe drinking practices. Free drinking water will be available from the Hobart Water trailer in the Silo Forecourt for the duration of the Festival. Voluntary breath testing will be available in the Festival forecourts offering patrons the opportunity to test their blood alcohol level. Operating times will be listed at the main entrance.
