The Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race begins in Sydney on 26 December. The leading yachts begin arriving in Hobart on Sunday 28 December with the bulk of the fleet arriving before the New Year.

Over the past 63 years the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race has become an icon of Australia’s summer sport, ranking in public interest with such national events as the Melbourne Cup, Davis Cup tennis and the Ashes series.

The Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania hosts the Liaison Centre at Constitution Dock for information on the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race. The Liaison Centre also has merchandise, wine, beer and food available.
