At the heart of the Taste Festival are the seventy food, wine and beverage stalls showcasing some of Tasmania’s finest produce and culinary delights.

Our goal is to deliver a high quality experience to all patrons through opportunities to experience the best of Tasmania’s food and beverage, with the highest level of serviceand great variety of stalls.

In addition to the use of exclusively Tasmanian products, the Taste Festival is bringing a spectacle element to the stalls, encouraging on-site cooking, introducing the Festival Club’s interactive food and beverage theatre and a daily street food area.
