Last year saw the introduction of The Brasserie, showcasing Tasmania’s craft and micro-brewing industry… with the liquid delights all matched with local delicacies. The cosmopolitan experience proved so popular, we’ve brought it back this year! The expanded and refined Brasserie will feature our established craft brewing and cider-making houses – as well as some new kids on the block.
