It's SHOWTIME!

NYE @ the Festival is certain to be a great night of fine food, wine and entertainment.

You may have noticed the Taste Festival banners suspended from flagpoles along Hobart's arterial roads. They display both Taste Festival branding and work by four University of Tasmania second year graphic design students and what "Shared Taste", this year's Festival theme, means to them and their families.

The project is a collaboration between the Taste Festival, Hobart City Council's Public Art Program and UTAS School of Art, Graphic Design.

Running every night except New Year's Eve, the Festival Club is back for another year.  The Club provides a space to catch up with friends and see some of Tasmania's best musicians and artists alongside national acts.

Whether you are into Swing, Rhythm and Blues or Afro Beats, there will be a night for you. All shows are followed by local DJs. Line-ups include The Band Who Knew Too Much, hip hop act KillaQueenz, LABJACD, Hobart’s leading jazz musicians in Modern Operative and Comedy Bites featuring the hilarious Fiona Scott Norman.
